Blood Compact Shrine

The Blood Compact Shrine (or Sandugo Shrine) in Barangay Bool, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, is a bronze, life-sized sculpture by National Artist Napoleon Abueva created in 1999. It immortalizes the 1565 Sandugo (one blood) treaty between Spanish explorer Miguel López de Legazpi and Datu Sikatuna, symbolizing the first friendship treaty between Filipinos and Spaniards.
Baclayon Church “The Ruins” and Museum

Baclayon Church (La Purisima Concepción de la Virgen Maria Parish Church) in Bohol is one of the Philippines' oldest coral stone churches (founded 1596), featuring a Neoclassical interior, a dedicated museum with 16th-century relics, and an adjacent, preserved 19th-century ruin of the old convento and watchtower, offering a profound, restored, and historic experience.
Loboc River Cruise

The Loboc River Cruise in Bohol is a popular 1-hour, 30-minute to 1-hour, scenic, and relaxing,,, boat tour, featuring a buffet lunch of local Filipino dishes served on a floating restaurant. Guests enjoy panoramic, lush, green, tropical, scenery, live music, and a stop to witness traditional, local, singing, and dancing performances.
Loay Backyard Industry

Loay Backyard Industry in Bohol is a local, community-based manufacturing hub known for traditional, manual craftsmanship, particularly in metalworking (blacksmithing) and nipa palm roofing. Situated in a coastal town, these small-scale, often home-based workshops showcase traditional methods for creating items like bolos and Nipa roofing materials.
Tarsier Encounter

A Tarsier encounter in Bohol, Philippines, is a quiet, guided, 15-20 minute walk through a natural, shaded forest sanctuary to view the tiny nocturnal primates (3-6 inches) in their habitat. Strict conservation rules require silence, no flash photography, and no touching to prevent stress, as these delicate creatures are easily harmed.
Chocolate Hills

The Chocolate Hills are a UNESCO-nominated natural wonder in Bohol, Philippines, featuring 1,260 to 1,776 conical, grass-covered limestone mounds spread over 50 km². They turn a rich brown color during the dry season (Dec–May), creating a surreal, chocolate-kiss-like landscape. Ranging from 30 to 120 meters in height, these geological formations offer panoramic views in Carmen, Batuan, and Sagbayan.
Manmade Forest

The Bilar Man-Made Forest is a lush, 2-kilometer stretch of densely planted mahogany trees in Bohol, Philippines, creating a natural green tunnel. Planted in the 1960s to combat erosion, this reforestation site is known for its uniform, towering trees that provide a cool, shady, and dramatic, almost surreal, atmosphere for passing vehicles.
