Titay's Rosquillos and Pasalubong Shop

Titay’s Rosquillos in Liloan, Cebu, founded in 1907 by Margarita "Titay" Frasco, are iconic, slightly sweet, and crunchy ring-shaped cookies with a distinct hole and scalloped edges. Made with flour, eggs, sugar, and shortening, these "golden brown ringlets" are a renowned Cebuano pasalubong (souvenir)
